Seems pretty straight forward the machine was down a week ago at that piont it was a rush . A week later and a pissing match over a bill the service manager hammers the customer for a overnight charge ,Service guy news flash the crisis is over. Conflict or not the service manager dropped the ball by not being in touch with the customer as to were his machine was at getting in the shop and if he needed another machine untill that one is fixed . We've got 2 different dealerships that we can do buisness with .They both have several locations .Both have issues between their own shops . One has a good shop ,but parts suck . The other has a parts that bends over backwards for you but the shop can be a little sketchy . Some days I want to go back to work at a shop ,but the I wake up
