Ethridge, TN | A machine down ordered part "here", if it comes out of the servicing hub, costs me nothing, the machine down classification just makes sure it gets on the truck ahead of a stock ordered part. If the part has to come from outside the servicing hub, usually involves UPS, then there will be a charge for freight.
Unless it has recently changed, parts orders get delivered to dealers everyday. The only difference between a stock order and the machine down, is how full the truck is getting, machine down gets priority. | |
