Both of your problems/examples are what happens when you take your equipment somewhere to get worked on. Doesnt really matter what color it is. Unless you do your own work and ask questions when ordering something, there are always room for error. How much was the part that you needed? 15% would be cheap if its something you use everyday. I think they would have done the overnight thing whether they worked on it the first day it was hauled in or when they finally got to it. I would pay both bills, move on and let it go.

I've been on deals like you explain, seems like its part of business for some.
