| Wow none of the dealers around here charge for machine down orders. Now if you order it and it is wrong part or you take it and not use it and return it there is a 15% restocking fee. The shipping fees the dealer incurs are a cost of doing business and they provide a service of having parts in a timely manner. If they chose not to stock parts that are needed its not my fault they have to order them and I am not going to pay shipping on a part that they should have had in stock to begin with. Now if its big parts and lots of parts we will try to order on the stock order, dealer gives 15% discount on all parts ordered on stock order. They do this to try to get around the shipping costs. I dont mind them being creative in ordering for me as long as it is something that is keeping me from working that day.
