I don't want to get off topic, but I have to let this go...I suggest to never type anything into a computer that you wouldn't want hanging in the town hall or on the Thanksgiving table...Also, it takes a better man-your dealer-to read negative comments about his business without going in to orbit back at you on this forum...There are folks wearing funnels for hats that are reading this forum, and never saying a word, mostly for the vast knowledge gained : )

We need to realize that dealers are in business to serve, but to be able to keep serving they have to make a profit...After they have been in business for a time, they should know much more about their cost of doing business than the customer would...If we look hard enough we can find faults everywhere...I am fairly positive the dealer is more disappointed in his truck being out of service than we are, and depending on what was being repaired on the tractor with two mechanics, there may have been a good reason for them to finish it while it was sitting where it was.

Trying to point out the other side of the coin, most times we can see things better if we can stop for a minute and do that...I have been very disappointed with dealers also, but after looking at their side I am happy that they are still in business and are able to serve my neighbors and me.
