Funny how different dealers treat their customers. Here, if you need a JD part and get it on their regular dilivery schedule, there is no extra charge, If you need it the next day, they charge a nominal freight charge, (generally 7 to 12 dollars). Our dealer is a 2 city dealer and from my point of view, he does what he can to keep the customers satisfied.
