middle ga | Not at all. Just not too old though. I have a neighbor that has mid 80's 8960 JD that was in the field early spring 2010 while his neighbor had a brand new 285 Case. He was just across the road and broken down due to a fuse that it took a laptop computer and two mechanics to find. Not to mention two days of down time.A 50 cent fuse stopped a brand new very expensive tractor while "old iron " kept on plowing! Can't beat black smoke and raw power from old iron.
