The tests on the IaRTN were without GLONASS. The network is capable of GLONASS but at the time our equipment wasn't. The test with the base station was using GLONASS sats. Yes flat fields with 3 inch tile .6 inches could make a difference, do you think a laser is accurate within .6 inches all the time?
