Unless you bought or buy hopper passes where you can go to more than one park a day you won't come close to seeing it all. With the age of your kids I would do Magic Kingdom then do Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and then Epcot if you have time. Hollywood Studios has a few things your kids would enjoy so I would try and make it there if you had time.
