A question. I have property with an easement driveway to a landlocked piece of property that has a residence on it. Can I legally gate the driveway to extend my pasture, which is on one side of the drive, to that property? Yeah, I know then I have to worry about them closing the gate. Maybe a cattle grate would be the answer. Then they couldn't drive 80 MPH down the drive.
