I have an easment on an acreage I sold, for access to my fields if the county decided to take out the access I use now. It is specific as to the routing and for farming use, not commercial interests. eg. I cannot route an oil company access thought their property. Its on the second owner, no one has had an issue with it.
Does an easment on a property reduce its value?
