I would probably try it for awhile...If it's to much then you might have to do something. I was nervous when I moved as close to dad as I did (1/4 mile apart). But it's not near as bad as I though it would be. I really don't know if he liked the Idea of it at first either, and so far he hasn't told me I need to move. But I will also say, across the street might be a little much.
