We do the fruit, and smokie links that are made local. The school lets them sell the links all year. The kids also do a slave auction at the banquet that raises about $3000-4000 for scholarship. Eight hours work non-hazard. A tip of the hat to the fine folks at Kiko auctions, Ohio the give MANY hours to youth groups every year.
