You might have figured it out. Allergies. I picked up allergies to grain dust, soybeans the worst and alcohol affects me more now than it used to. Dr. told me I was probably allergic to something in the beer. Finally found a beer I liked that doesn't do much to my sinuses so that's the only one I'll drink.
Still having the headaches .....
