A lot of other confusion & usual cross currents. Our son in LA emailed today, a neighbor a couple of properties away, had Bank of America process server deliver a notice of eviction, the owner (expecting it i guess) began to sort his belongings & on the very next day, Wells Fargo delivered a notice of eviction & the owner is now confused.
