| I'm afraid I don't farm and having run a an ag retail location that services over 60k in custom per year for the last 15 years probably doesn't make me as qualified as you in this arena but I digress. I don't work for Monsanto nor do I have any control of how they determine the " tech fee " It certainly makes it worth less if we are to implement the resistance mgmt. You farm so you should know that they won't refund the tech fee. They won't reduce it either. It's really simple raise your own! you farm and obviously have the knowledge and the farm so go for it. Buy Pioneer maybe they will knock that tech fee off for you.
