Crustbuster has a bin level sensor and shaft monitor as standard equipment. I don't know what it costs. Sensor-1 makes flow sensors or population counters for drills. You can buy their monitor or hook it up to your planter monitor. Loup makes one that is suppose to be very accurate for counting seeds.
