You need to unzip/extract the .zip file and then take and copy the .img file to your usb stick. Make sure the .img file is NOT in a folder of any kind or the EZ GUIDE 500 will not recognize it. I am assuming you are trying to update the firmware on the EZ GUIDE 500 not the EZ STEER 500, correct?
