Southcentral WI
Yes now I remember, it was about the concerns regarding gene flow in pollinating alfalfa seed crops, and contaminating non-RR seed crops locally. Theres a good article about it covering the Monsanto vs. Geerston seed farms about the recent decision, and why the temporary injunction was put into place. APHIS was going to start deregulating RR alfalfa without having done any Environmental Impact Studies, which brought a halt to RR seed production/planting. I remember having some of that seed in the bag and having the rep call to take it back, that it couldn't be planted. Fun times.
