Here......3 weeks ago was the time to buy. Has gone up close to $60/ton since. Don't know what to tell you on what percentage to do. However, I do know that it comes down alot slower than it goes up. I bought all of ours, and feel pretty good about it. Here and there probably behaves completely different.
Time to book 32%?
