Smoothlander, I worked a 854 a few weeks back and had similar problems with pressure like you are having. I took the cover off of the flow control valve, marked everything on the coupler between the servo and the hydraulic valve. Then I shut down the valve with the test function, opened it up until I had about 20 psi, then I loosened the Allen screw on top that connects the coupler to the servo, had a second person shut the valve in test function making sure the lower part didn't move. Locked it all back down, now the rate controller can not shut the valve down so low that this happens.
