I have 2 acres of Haygrove multibay high tunnels. High tunnels make a good farmer better and a bad farmer worse. Do your homework. after that, the first few years are the easiest. Tomatoes and raspberries are the highest profit per square foot. Long term production is a challenge but the rewards are significant if you be a student of the system. AND you need to have a market for your product! maybe the most important issue to resolve. Retail is by far the best, especially for the smaller grower. High tunnels are slowing growing in popularity as they provide a better quality product and higher yeilds.
