Buctril M would be hard on it due to the MCPA. Bromoxynil without the MCPA is well tolerated but I don't know if it's labelled other than for seed production in Canada.

Refine Extra also would be tough on it. There was work on established alfalfa using Harmony GT and it worked well but I don't know about seedling. Once Pursuit and Raptor or Odyssey became available that pretty much was again the end of it. Problem is you can't use those because of the grass but in any case I don't think you can use it legally and I'd be scared on seedlings.

See if Bromoxynil is labelled in Ontario, with a mix like that it's your best chance.
