might as well enjoy them, you sure aren't going to wear them out. Too easy to get parts for.
Now that radial rubber is so expensive rails don't look so bad. I put a new set of lubed on my 6D last summer for 3200 bucks with new pad bolts. That wouldn't buy two big tires.
