I have wifi at some grain bins. I'd like to be able to have a relay that can connect to wifi. And then sync with a app and turn on fan from my phone. Any ideas. I dont want subscription fees or reoccurring fees. I used to have this but the system got sold into another company and they disabled the remote system hoping we would buy their new system. So it seems there should be things out here that can be made to work. Any ideas? Tia
