Check what the folders / files are you're uploading. I think they need to be the files that end in .AgGPS
From our help docs:
The data card contains an "AgData" or an "AgGPS" folder.
The root folder can be named "Trimble" or the name you give to the root folder.
You can also use the "AgGPS" folder and use that folder to upload the data.
