Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Ok, that explains things. I really don't see the need for the ON/OFF valve for the lines leading back to the heat exchanger(s) since the Master ON/OFF valve would prevent flow when OFF anyway. On the other hand it doesn't hurt anything as it should cycle ON/OFF with the Master Valve.
As far as the wiring goes, it seems to me that you would want to use Pin 8 of the Auxiliary Port on your Ag Leader Liquid Product control module. You would need to inform the configuration that you want it to behave as a Master ON/OFF valve and not a Dump Valve. That trigger wire could split and control both the Master ON/OFF valve and the heat exchanger valve. Another option, You could use Pin 8 for one and Pin 9 for the other and configure them both as Master Valves.
One approach would be to remove the current wiring from all the valves and flow meter and purchase one that connects directly to the Liquid Product Control Module which would be mounted on the bar. This is what you would likely do if you were starting from scratch.
However, it appears the Deere wiring (37 pin following the Raven standard wiring pattern) has everything you need at that point. Since it appears to be in good shape you may want to use it.
In that case an adapter to connect the 37 pin connector to the Ag Leader Liquid Product Control module would seem to be a viable approach. One end would have the 37 pin mate on it. The other end would have branches to connect to the High Current source at the Liquid Module (to provide the current needed to cycle the ON/OFF valves) along with the connectors for the flow meter/control port, the boom port and the Auxiliary Port (would contain a wire to Pin 8 and an implement switch jumper).
This could be done several ways. One way would be to have the Liquid Module in the tractor and use a fairly long 37 pin to 37 pin extension and then possibly a modified Raven adapter in the tractor.
Personally I would want the Liquid Module on the bar. This would require an Ag Leader CAN/Power cable from the tractor to the Liquid module on the bar plus the adapter cable to go from the Liquid module to the Deere wiring.
