Depends. Do you plan on leaving it unhooked and sitting on the Dollie’s very much? Based on your gallon count figuring 8 lbs/gal you’ll probably never have what I would call a heavy load on the trailer but you will want to make absolutely sure that you park it where the dollies won’t sink. For that reason I would probably put the heavier weight on the trailer tandem. However, it will pull and ride better with the heavier weight up front. But, like I said, it will work fine either way. Make it so that it’s easiest to use for its intended purpose.
