Had one that was leaking like that a few years ago, new o-rings and the 1 packing that goes all around it, still leaked in the same spot always, removed it again and found a small crack where the 1 packing goes around the manifold. Not what you wanted to hear. Manifold has been substituted a couple of times. Not cheap.
