West Central MN		Can do the exact same forward to reverse gear selection by moving the shift lever directly from 9F to 2R completely skipping neutral.

Would say using the inching pedal as a manual clutch is a good way to prematurely wear out the shaft splines, springs, overheat and damage clutches.
