Couldnt you just add a wire with a constznt 12 volts to the switch detect pin on the green connector or isnt it that simple \
I see you replied during the time I rewrote my reply.
Possibly, but my fear would be potential back feeding which could cause other issues. The switch detect pin is an output not an input. It is normally at ground potential but temporarily goes to 12V when the switch detect function is invoked every 15 seconds. When it goes to 12V, it becomes an alternate 12V source to signal which switches are present but in the OFF position at that time.
Ag Leader makes another input harness to the Auxiliary Input Module that has diodes built into it, It consists of a green connector some wires then a diode block assembly and loose wires. One wire is 12V out which can be split to feed one or several switches. The switch detect wire is used with the diodes. The output from each switch is connected to one of the wires leading back to the diode bridge.
The diagnostic chart should then show that the Master and several switches are present and ON (green), present but OFF (black) others will be Gray (not present).
