east central iowa | Fyi. We run rightspot on a Miller. This is ag leaders individual nozzle spray system. The problems your having wouldn't happen with right spot. 2 reasons. 1 is that a standby pressure can be set so that as soon as all nozzles are off it goes to the standby pressure and there is a guage on the display to confirm it. We have our set at 25psi and spray at different psi that we change based on wind conditions or nozzle choice. 2. Is we use the boom loop which is ag leaders boom recirculation system. So if activated it circulates the boom liquid and puts it back it product tank. So this addresses some of the tank being stirred up. 3. This system also sprays at the correct rate and pressure with no delay when turning around and coming back into unsprayed area. We used to have issues with this and sometimes losing nozzle pressure and maintaining pattern when turning around. This is just what I have observed using the old system and the new system. | |
