Buy the real thing. A camera on a little rv thing that can go up the tile and turn its camera around to look at things. You change sizes of tires on them to do different size tile. I know you can go up 8" and maybe a 6". They will also give you some grade info on them but not sure on accuracy of that but will atleast give you idea if how the tile is laid. Around $50,000 for setup maybe a tick more but if your doing windfarm work it will probably be a good thing to own. The work will go on for years I am guessing. Plus just charge according to your equipment to do the job that needs done. Plus might as well buy a vac. You will need it.
Between the tile hit by the powerlines run in the ground, the work around the towers, the work to build the roads and the crane paths to travel from tower to tower its a lot to do. Plus the crane damage may or not be known for a while.
