That is not a buy in any way, shape, or form.
You cd drop 20k in that turning a dealer loose and it's still.a Pandoras box
You can buy working respectable turn key 4440s for 25-30.and know what you have.
It might be worth 10k to a salvage yard.for parts.
If I had the time this JD4440 would be a project...
