 Central MO | Thanks for the input, I'll probably end up dropping it back in through the top of the tank and try to get a hose to the bottom of the tank to reduce foaming. I typically shut off my agitation system when I'm down to 150 gallons of solution or so and that really reduces foaming with all products, that won't be possible with this system so I imagine I'll be buying more defoam from now on...
To answer some of the other questions this spra-coupe uses a belt driven centrifugal pump it'll make about 90 psi max when its deadheading. It does have a 1/4" vent line that returns to the tank at all times, The agitation system is submerged until I have about 200 gallons of solution left. I can shut it completely off in the cab with a switch, which I do when I get down to about 150 left.
The Ag Leader system basically is going to use the flow control valve to regulate my boom pressure from now on instead of regulating the flow rate as it has in the past. | |
