Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Since your SureStops have the red and black wires, using the correct polarity is important. I am not familiar with the wiring layout that may have been used in your planter in the past. Your polarity may already be correct.
Check this carefully before plugging in a SureStop clutch. With other Ag Leader clutches such as my SureVacs, the polarity is not an issue. I'm not sure why Ag Leader decided to go with a polarity sensitive arrangement with their SureStops since the early ones were not that way.
