Alpha, IA | Both of the fans probably blow air to the same place. That setup is common. If one of the fans let loose it's usually very noticeable as it creates a lot of racket. I'm not familiar with the RT120. Does it have an option to choose where the air blows? If so then it could be a door actuator not working correctly or getting hot and going to default position. Chris will probably give you a good answer to this when he sees it.
