Yup, cab solenoid, or a loose ground seems most likely. Remove the panel on the RH side of the cab, and you should find it pretty easy.
Be sure to replace it with a cab solenoid, not a starter solenoid, as a starter solenoid is not rated for continual use and will not last very long when used that way.
