coast of Maine | I will say it depends on the business.We had an ag supply co that for years we just assumed all was fine.When an order was placed it got left in our warehouse or on the dock.Another farmer said always check your invoice and be there at drop off.We instituted a mandatory receiver.In a years time it was near 10,000$ of missing items we were invoiced for.I always wondered how much we got screwed for the 20 years prior.Now take that over a 100 customers...so the management had to know 100% as the errors were in their favor,,, | |
