IN | I feel you and the rant is justified. Everyone is quick to defend these companies and their careless, incompetent employees who take no pride in their work. My bank, Beacon Credit Union, randomly charged me $1500 this summer and tried to cover it up as a “clerical error”, but refused to punish the employee. The same can be said for the Ag Express billing department, who loves to randomly charge me for other peoples orders. You just don’t get a level of decent service anymore, and you shouldn’t have to check everyone’s work. | |
