If it's anything like my local dealer the bureaucracy due to mergers and acquisitions has added a lot of positions and created a lot of turnover that I'm lucky to know a third of the people there. It's a small town but most that I don't know are from out of town. You are right about the invoice coming before the system had it updated. I had it happen two months in a row before things caught up one time.
