Subject: Rogator RG 900 Autosteer Issues - Agleader Steercommand Z2

North Central Ohio
Posted this part on Machinery talk:

Been having some autosteer issues on a RG900. Thinking it may be related to the steering system itself - internal leakage in the orbital or one of the steering cylinders. When you turn the steering wheel all the way left or right, you can continue to turn the steering wheel (it does not stop). Is that normal on this machine? Seems like some are that way and some are not.

It's Agleader Steercommand Z2 autosteer. It steers pretty well at times, and then a random oscillation shows up. I can not seem to get it to "tune" out. It does not respond like I would expect to normal tuning adjustments. Almost acts like there is an issue with the steering system. Thanks

A question for the Precision Side:

This machine had an AgLeader Paradyme system installed when my customer bought it. Never tried it, upgraded to Z2. Calibrated good, made a couple rounds of it working good, then it will occasionally go into a pretty fast weave. Air ride machine and air ride cab doesn't help things. Does anyone have a similar machine working good on Z2? It had the compact agleader steering valve installed when my customer bought it. Recalibrated, worked great again for a couple passes...then it goes haywire ever so often (weave). I'm confident in my wheel angle sensor (even tried replacing it - does the same thing). I have about 40,000 counts of travel.
