Butterfield, MN | Alright, so you're definitely getting GPS to the SmarTrax box. There has to be something between there and the Envizio Pro preventing it from getting the communication. One place to check is the Lightbar Baud rate on the SmarTrax controller. To get there, start from the home screen on the SmarTrax box where it's showing the speed. Tap the up button once, hold the left arrow button for five seconds, then tap down three times to show lightbar baud. It should be at 115200. If it is, it's possibly an issue with the cable going from the Lightbar port on the back over to the Envizio Pro. That's usually going to be a 115-0171-272 cable going straight to the DGPS port on the console cable for the Envizio Pro. Depending on the setup you're dealing with, your console cable may not have a DGPS port, like if there's an adapter cable being used to adapt over to put the Envizio Pro in place of an SCS console. If that's the case, then you'll need to search down to the next cable, which should have a serial plug on it that probably has no label. That would become the DGPS port for that system. Assuming everything is plugged together correctly, and the cables are not damaged, the Envizio Pro should detect GPS automatically when it starts up. | |
