Ok, if you have SmarTrax, that comes inline before the Envizio Pro for GPS. Depending if you have the old controller box or the SmarTrax node, you'd need to verify that is getting GPS first. If a box, then you can't have a message stating NO GPS on it. If a node, it has to have the Diag 1 light on to indicate it's getting GPS.
