Yea the if there was any prussic acid it should have volatilized as soon as the plant died. Nitrate might be a concern but not highly likely unless it was stressed during the summer and fall. I believe that nitrate persists in the forage whether its hayed or left in the field to graze. Around here standing sorghum is grazed all the time in cases where it froze prematurely or failed to make a crop worth cutting due to drought.
