Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | The "lights be flipped" and "distance off" are choices but not for the situation we experienced.
In a manual situation where the operator uses the LEDs or lights as an aid to manual steering, most operators would desire to have the lights show the direction in which to turn. Lights centered good, lights to the right, turn to the right, lights to the left, turn left.

As an aid for them it was possible to have the lightbar perform in the opposite manner. The "distance off" was a sensitivity setting as to how far off each light should represent
In our situation, the onscreen triangle was backwards. It showed our present location but appeared that we were backing across the field. The change is on one of the GPS setup screens. I don't have a display in front of me at the moment to be more specific. |
