I've been getting around 10 mins, make sure the cooling towers are misting. The wires are small and junky and can get broken easily. You can also set the batteries to Operation mode where it'll stop charging at 90%, if you don't need that extra 10 that's a good route to go since the chargers slow down for the last bit of juice
