No no no. Not blaming the whole fiasco on tips, no way. Not starting anything there.
There just weren't many chem labels that were that restrictive with a whitelist of nozzles, so there were a lot of circumstances where folks used the nozzles they had as they felt like they were 'close enough' and got themselves a whole lot of troubles.
