Eastern Washington State
Yup, Brian Caldbeck is the guy to talk to. I get all my canola seed from him.

I grow winter canola in Washington State and winter survivability can be a challenge. We get below zero temps regularly during winter. Brian's varieties have a proven track record and there is quite a bit you can do as a grower to help the plant out. Managing plant size and population in the fall are very important.
