I run the free version of SNIP which is the software developed and sold by RTK2GO.  It runs on a $200 Windows PC in my office.  I don't have a static IP but I do use a dynamic DNS service so I have a URL that points to my server.  All works good unless the PC automatically updates.  I have that service turned off.
